Upon signing a contract with Revele, your sales consultant will have contacted your assigned Project Manager to discuss your specific needs and determine the next steps for collecting the required information from you to begin the implementation process.

A Project Kick-Off Call will be scheduled upon receiving the signed contract to introduce those individuals that will be assisting during your onboarding process. During this call we will cover the New Client Discovery Form (NCDF) and set a deadline for the submission of the NCDF. We will also discuss expectations in terms of timeline and set deadlines for tasks to be completed. This call also serves as an opportunity for you to ask questions.
