GroupOne offers competitive pricing on medical transcription, to complement its high quality and reliable service.
GroupOne’s regular pricing for transcription work is $0.09 (9 cents) per line*, based on a standard line length of 65 characters per line.
*For pricing purposes, a character is defined as any keystroke necessary to produce a medical document including, but not limited to: letters, numbers, spaces, or punctuation in the header, footer or body of a document.
Depending on the total number of lines transcribed per month, GroupOne clients may be eligible for significant volume discounts on the gross billing:

STAT dictation is available on request, at the rate of $0.125 (12.5 cents) per line.
Online hosting of transcribed dictations using GroupOne’s unique software system is also available, at an additional cost of $0.01 (1 cent) per line. The system enables clients to perform online viewing and editing of files, apply digital signatures, and more.
Fax transmittals. For transcribed material that is transmitted via fax, an additional charge of $0.02 (2 cents) per line is applicable.
Clients that take advantage of the OneRate Bundled Package, GroupOne’s end-to-end practice management solution, are eligible for special bundled pricing that includes medical transcription services.
