Revele Expands RCM Services to Include eClinicalWorks EHR Optimization

Revele announced a new rewards program that will include complimentary eClinicalWorks training, consulting, and optimization into the company’s current end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The rewards program provides each revenue cycle management customer utilizing the eClinicalWorks electronic health records (EHR) software with customized training, consulting, and optimization services so that customers can leverage the company’s extensive background in eClinicalWorks to improve user adoption and maintain a working knowledge of version upgrades and enhancements.

“We believe that in order to pursue our purpose of improving the quality of life, patients need engaged and compassionate healthcare providers,” says Revele CEO Arun Murali. “We recognize that EHR technology is a contributor to physician burnout and in response, want to make our eClinicalWorks expertise available in a way that contributes to the betterment of our customers and of healthcare.”

The rewards program will also include an annual eClinicalWorks database review. The database reviews are conducted by the company’s Certified eClinicalWorks Implementation Specialists and assist with tracking feature utilization and EHR adoption over time.

Nicole Laucks, EHR Resource Manager said, “We listened to our customers and recognize that EHRs are evolving at a pace that is often faster than what they are prepared to manage. By conducting the database reviews, we’re able to develop a customized plan that often leads to saved time and improved EHR efficiencies.”

Revele will launch the rewards program beginning April 1, 2019. With a customer base made up of more than 1,000 healthcare providers, the company will be making the eClinicalWorks training, consulting, and optimization hours available for use based on the services start date.
